Cupcake with snowman lollipop


 Cupcake recipe:
  • 150 g butter, softened
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
Preparation is the same as Scary Halloween Cupcakes
 
 Vanilla icing:
  • 250g icing sugar (sifted)
  • 80g unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 25ml milk
  • a couple of drops of vanilla extract
Mix until the mixture light and fluffy. The longer the frosting is beaten, the fluffier and lighter it becomes.
