Cupcake recipe:
- 150 g butter, softened
- 150 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2-3 tbsp milk
Vanilla icing:
- 250g icing sugar (sifted)
- 80g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 25ml milk
- a couple of drops of vanilla extract
